Caleb Alexander, CPA

Caleb Alexander, a Certified Public Accountant and Series 65 license holder, is Chief Financial Officer at CapWealth, where he oversees financial operations for the firm. Working closely with Tim Pagliara and Phoebe Venable, he plays a critical role in steering the firm's strategic direction and long-term growth. His responsibilities extend well beyond traditional financial oversight to encompass strategic planning, risk management, technological integration, talent acquisition, and firmwide marketing initiatives, including leading the recruitment of several senior-level hires that have meaningfully strengthened the firm's capabilities.
He began his career at LBMC, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals and business owners to navigate complex tax strategies, estate planning, and investment partnerships, insights that now guide his approach to financial strategy and operational growth at CapWealth.
Caleb holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Accounting at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. A licensed CPA, he is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA). When he's not at the office, he spends time with his young family and at the golf course.
